askSam provides free technical support for the SDK with the included askSam basic support subscription.

Basic Support Includes
- FREE 90 days telephone support
- FREE support on the askSam Developer Forum
- FREE 3 months entitlement to the current release, plus minor and major releases.
- This includes bug fixes, as well as product enhancements and improvements.

askSam also offers Platinum Support. Click here for details.

When providing support for our the askSam SDK, we have certain policies about which issues we can support:

- We provide technical support for:
- Documented functions or examples in the askSam SDK
- Possible oversights (bugs) in the latest release.

We do not support:
- Testing/writing end user programs for you.
- Teaching programming in general, or how to use programming applications or compilers.
- Explaining file formats.
